The Wisconsin Badgers basketball team is 13-3 overall this season and they are 3-2 in BIG10 Conference play this season. Wisconsin has won three straight games in conference play. They will look to extend its winning streak to four games in conference play against the Ohio State Buckeyes on Tuesday night.
The Badgers have been a surprise offensively this season. Wisconsin Badgers head coach Greg Gard has also surprised the fanbase as well.
Wisconsin Badgers Ranked 24 In the AP Top 25 Poll
This is not the first time this season that the Badgers are ranked in the AP Top 25 poll. Wisconsin was ranked number 24 in the latest AP Poll that was released on Monday. The Wisconsin Badgers are looking to stay in the Top 25 for the rest of the college basketball season.
Wisconsin is one of six teams in the BIG10 Conference that is ranked in the Top 25 this week. The other five teams in the conference who are ranked are the Michigan State Spartans, the Purdue Boilermakers, the Oregon Ducks, the Illinois Fighting Illini, and the Michigan Wolverines.

Oooohhhh…back in the rankings from the writers! Oooohhhh…shiny object! Meaningless. Glad they are playing well and hope for the best for them but “the rankings” don’t mean jack squat. Do something in the tournament as opposed to looking scared against a mid-major.

Other than the Ohio State game this week, the Wisconsin Badgers will also face the USC Trojans. Max Klesmit, Nolan Winter, John Tonje, and John Blackwell are four of the players on the Badgers roster to keep an eye on during the two games this week. They will need to win these games in order to keep on climbing in the Top 25 rankings and also in the BIG10 Conference standings as well.
