The Wisconsin Badgers cornerback Ricardo Hallman is staying with the program for a fifth season. He started in 33 games in his career and was an integral piece for the Badgers on the back end.
Hallman being back with the Badgers will help the defense for next season. This was huge news for Wisconsin.
Hallman’s impact on the Badgers

Wisconsin ended the season with 10 cornerbacks on the roster. He’s a talented, veteran corner who helps fill a gaping hole on the roster.
Hallman had seven interceptions in 2023, taking on some of the toughest challenges as an undersized CB. He gave up only one catch to Marvin Harrison Jr when they met last season.
Hallman’s skill set and accolades

Hallman has excellent zone eyes, instincts, and the footwork to match. He has supreme confidence in himself and his football instincts, which allows him to play at full speed 100% of the time.
Hallman was named Preseason AP All-American Second Team. He played 319 coverage snaps and allowed just one touchdown last season.
