LSU, UConn, and North Carolina have emerged as the top contenders for Wisconsin Badgers power forward Serah Williams. Williams is coming off a dominant season where she averaged (19.2) points, (9.8) rebounds, and (2.3) blocks per game.
She has one of the most effective face-up games, whether attacking the rim or knocking down a contested mid-range jumper. Williams is also one of the top rim protectors in women’s college basketball.

LSU is said to be among the top three potential destinations for Wisconsin transfer Serah Williams, especially considering the significant need for frontcourt depth as they approach the 2025–26 season. With forward Aneesah Morrow moving on to the professional level and Sa’Myah Smith entering the transfer portal, the Tigers are facing the prospect of losing their entire frontcourt rotation.
Head Coach Kim Mulkey and her team are in the process of rebuilding by securing a commitment from Kate Koval, a 6-foot-5 freshman forward from Notre Dame. The addition of Williams will provide them with two elite rim protectors to fortify their defense in the paint.

If Williams aims to win the National Championship, UConn would be the ideal choice for her. Head Coach Geno Auriemma has a proven track record of success, having achieved victory consistently over the years.
Serah teaming up with center Sarah Strong would create one of the top frontcourts in college basketball. Shooting guard Azzi Fudd and guard KK Arnold will set her up to make plays.
