Who Is Quinshon Odom? Facts About The Packers Coach
- Hired on March 17, 2022, Quinshon Odom begins his first season as a coaching assistant through the Packers’ minority coaching fellowship program, a full-time position for young and aspiring minority coaches.
Quinshon Odom Coaching Experience
Odom worked as a graduate assistant at Vanderbilt in 2016 and 2017. He then was in the Packers’ personnel department before becoming a graduate assistant at the University of Texas.

The Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship is aimed at getting people of color experience in the NFL. It gives opportunities to former players who are looking to get their foot in the door to an NFL team. Diversity in the coaching realm is something that has been a hot-button issue for the NFL and this program is meant to try and remedy that situation.
