- Played basketball at Seton Hall and in 2010 was inducted into the Seton Hall Athletics Hall of Fame
- Played three years in development leagues and in Italy before getting his NBA opportunity
- Bounced around the league but ended his playing career in Milwaukee. He was hired to coach by then head coach Scott Skiles
- Was on the coaching staff for the 2019 NBA champion Toronto Raptors
- He is currently working on his doctorate in leadership studies
