The Packers’ top offensive weapon was back at practice Wednesday
Injuries hurt the Green Bay Packers’ chances of taking advantage of the lowly Detroit Lions in Week 9. The Packers lost a couple of starters on each side of the ball during their 15-9 loss. The Packers revealed good news about the status of Christian Watson on Wednesday. He should be good to go against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10. Another offensive weapon was seen back at practice for the Packers on Wednesday.
According to multiple reports, running back Aaron Jones was seen at practice Wednesday.

Jones needs to be featured more this week
The Packers struggled in the red zone against the Lions. Players appeared to be frustrated with some of the passing calls in the red zone. (Quarterback Aaron Rodgers had two interceptions and missed receiving target David Bakhtiari in the red zone during the game.) The Packers need to feed Jones the ball more against the Cowboys.
Head coach Matt LaFleur said after the Lions game that struggles in the run game made the Packers shy to give ball carriers more touches. However, the passing game didn’t get the job done either. Jones is arguably the Packers’ best player on the offense. They need to see what he can do if the Packers trust him for a game. At this point, there isn’t much it would hurt if the Packers gave Jones the ball and he got stuffed.

The refs didn’t help either. On the one run play on the goal line Dillion was stopped just short yet refs marked the ball back at the one.
I guess that sums up our season right there when we consider Watson our top offensive weapon. He has accomplished nothing so far. Yet he did drop a sure touchdown on his first play as a Packer. Perhaps a premonition of things to come.
Give Jones the ball more but be a little creative
