Davante Adams is now mocking his famous cameraman push incident. On October 10, former Packers and current Raiders receiver Davante Adams shoved a credentialed photographer. By now everyone is aware of the chaos that ensued shortly after. However, more recently it seems like everyone has stopped talking about the highly controversial situation. After the Raiders’ game against the Houston Texans on Sunday Adams made photographers move over before heading into the tunnel.

Clearly, Adams is taking zero risks after the scrutiny he faced a few weeks ago. It seems like NFL fans are still split when it comes to opinions on the initial shove. Some fans think Adams did nothing wrong while others believe he should face jail time. Former Packer and Hall-of-Famer Charles Woodson even went as far as to say the shove was self-defense which is quite far-fetched to say the least.
Repercussions for Davante Adams
Adams has been criminally charged with misdemeanor assault. The original citation states that Adams “did, by an intentional, overt act, inflict bodily injury or cause an unlawful offensive contact” on the worker, causing whiplash, and a headache along with a possible concussion. A court date is set for Thursday, November 10. The NFL has not taken any action in regards to a suspension or fine. It’s still unclear on what course of action the NFL will take. However, they may be waiting to see what happens on November 10 in order to make their final decision.
