Aaron Rodgers let a rookie have it after a drop
The Green Bay Packers were surprisingly trailing the Washington Commanders in the second half of their Week 7 contest. The Packers led early, but the Commanders took the lead in the third quarter. With about three minutes left in the third quarter, the Packers only had 98 yards of offense. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers looked visibly frustrated after a drop by rookie wide receiver Romeo Doubs in the third quarter.
On a third-and-two from the Packers’ 47 yard-line, Rodgers threw a low but catchable ball to Doubs. Doubs bobbled the catch, forcing the Packers to punt. Fox television cameras caught Rodgers saying something I’m not going to type in this post, but you can see the footage below.

Rodgers appears to be favoring his thumb as well against the commanders. The offense and thumb pain frustrations probably aren’t helping Rodgers’ mood.
