David Bakhtiari was back at practice Wednesday
David Bakhtiari was back at practice for the Green Bay Packers Wednesday. Even if it was at a limited capacity, that’s still big news for the Packers. The Packers have been without Bakhtiari since their Week 12 game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Before the Packers’ Week 13 contest, Bakhtiari had to have an appendectomy. He’s been out of the lineup since.
A new video released by the Packers from Wednesday’s practice shows Bakhtiari participating in a drill.

That’s a good sign for the Packers before they play the NFC North division-leading Minnesota Vikings in Week 17. Bakhtiari has missed several games this season because of his knee and the appendectomy. But he’s been the Packers’ best offensive lineman when he’s been on the field.
The Packers will have a lot of decisions to make for their roster in the offseason. One of the biggest decisions will be on what to do with Bakhtiari. Hopefully, he will be able to suit up for the Vikings and Detroit Lions in the next two weeks. It’s possible the Lions game could be his last time in a Packers uniform.
