Today will mark the last time Brad Davison puts on a Badgers jersey at the Kohl Center. Once the regular season finale hits 0:00 on the clock, he will have appeared in a school record 158 games since his freshman year in 2017.  In that time he has not only set school records, but become one of the greatest on-court leaders in Wisconsin Men’s Basketball history.

    On Court Accomplishments:

Prior to today’s final Brad Davison has accumulated:

    • 1,761 points (11.3 per game)
    • 544 rebounds (3.5 per game)
    • 331 assists (2.1 per game)
    • 155 steals (.9 per game)
    • 36% from three
    • 84% from the free throw
    • Wisconsin Badgers all-time 3 point makes leader:

And one of the most emotional leaders we have seen in Wisconsin Basketball history.

    Off Court Accomplishments:

In May of 2021 Brad Davison officially graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Business Management and Human Resources:

He also became engaged to his long time girlfriend Tyra Buss in July of 2021:

The 5th year senior will be missed in more ways than one after this year:

Brad Davison is the epitome of the player you love to have on your team, that every other team hates.  He has made it known that he THRIVES off of the boos and taunts from the opposing crowds.  His famous engagements with the opposing crowd made him an easy target to dislike.  Early in his career he became known for his ability to take a charge at full speed in games, here is a compilation from 2018:

Brad Davison has been a tone setter, he’s been the emotional leader, he’s been the one to get under the opposing teams’ skin for 5 years now.  Someone like him is not easily replaceable and most certainly is never forgotten.  Thank you for everything Brad, here’s to one last Big Ten Tournament and March Madness ride.  Once a Badger, always a Badger.
