The Green Bay Packers will most likely have a chance to make a run at the Super Bowl this season. Green Bay is 10-4 and the sixth seed in the NFC. The NFC is loaded with talented teams this season. One of the teams who feel unstoppable right now is the Philadelphia Eagles.
Philadelphia is 12-2 this season and they are the hottest team in the NFL. The Eagles are two-seed despite the Detroit Lions being the one-seed with the same record. The Minnesota Vikings are also 12-2 this season.
The Herd’s Colin Cowherd Thinks That the Green Bay Packers Are the Biggest Threat To the Philadelphia Eagles In the NFC
When the postseason arrives, there are always matchups that some teams don’t want to see. Despite the Lions being on track to be the number one seed in the NFC, Colin Cowherd of FS1 on the Herd mentioned a different NFL team that the Philadelphia Eagles don’t want to face in the playoffs.
The one team he mentioned on his show on Monday was the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay took Philadelphia down to the wire in Week 1 in Brazil, but the Eagles won that game over the Packers. Colin Cowherd said:
“I think Green Bay is the biggest obstacle for the Philadelphia Eagles to get to the Super Bowl.”
Many people feel like no one can beat the Eagles right now. However, Cowherd thinks that the Packers have the best chance to knock off Philadelphia before the Super Bowl round. It is going to be interesting to see how the seeding will shake up in a few weeks once the season ends.

A season ago, the Green Bay Packers won several games down the stretch to make the playoffs in the NFC with a 9-8 record and the seventh seed. Green Bay beat the Dallas Cowboys and almost beat the San Francisco 49ers.
This year, they hope to be peaking at the right time. The Packers will face the New Orleans Saints (5-9) on Monday night. Also, there is an outside chance that Green Bay will win the division and if the Packers and Eagles were to meet in the playoffs, it would most likely be in the NFC Championship Game.
