The Packers run defense gave up 159 total yards on the ground to Dallas. Cowboys RB Tony Pollard picked up 115 yards on 22 carries. Wideout CeeDee Lamb was the primary target in the passing game as he had 11 receptions for 150 yards. Dallas QB Dak Prescott went 27-46 for 262 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions.
Despite giving up that amount on pass defense, the biggest star in the Packers secondary was safety Rudy Ford. He intercepted the two picks thrown by the Dallas quarterback. It gave a much needed boost to the Packers defense. Backup linebacker Isaiah McDuffie was the leading tackler for Green Bay with 13 (8) solo.
The run defense will have to play a lot tighter this week against the Titans. With starting LB De’Vondre Campbell out with an injury, McDuffie will likely have to step up once again in his absence.
