The Tennessee Titans are looking for a new general manager after they fired Ron Carthon after just two seasons as the general manager. He had a 9-25 record in those two seasons and Tennessee decided they wanted to start all over at that position.
One front executive who is highly regarded across the league and could get a job soon is Green Bay Packers Vice President of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan. He interviewed for the Tennessee Titans general manager opening on Thursday.
Tennessee Titans Fans React To Green Bay Packers Jon-Eric Sullivan Interview For Job On Thursday
The Titans have been interviewing different candidates for the general manager job. Tennessee’s latest interview was with Sullivan on Thursday. Here is what the Tennessee Titans fanbase had to say about interviewing one of Brian Gutekunst’s right-handed people:
He’s getting the job by the weekend

One of the things that the Green Bay Packers have done well over the last few years is drafting young talent. This is something that the Tennessee Titans are missing. This is why the Titans fans want Jon-Eric Sullivan to potentially be the next general manager of this franchise.
Number 1 Pick In the 2025 NFL Draft
If Jon-Eric Sullivan takes the Tennessee Titans general manager job, he will have to make a major decision with the number one pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Does he draft Shedeur Sanders from Colorado or Cam Ward from Miami with the top pick or does he trade out of it?
Although the Titans need to find a franchise quarterback and Will Levis is not the answer, Tennessee has a lot of holes on the roster. They finished with a 3-14 record a season ago and Brian Callahan will remain as the head coach for the 2025 season. If they pass up on a quarterback and don’t trade the top pick, Travis Hunter from Colorado or Abdul Carter from Penn State could be the top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft also.
