In Austin, the home team took care of business as they beat Madison in three sets with scores of 25-21, 25-23, and 25-18. This match will go down as the first sweep in LOVB history. Following the game, Madison’s opposite hitter Annie Schumacher said, “We’ve got some work to do, but that’s part of it. If there is a nice thing about losing, it’s that you get a blueprint of what you need to get better at.”
