Outfielder Sal Frelick is one of the Milwaukee Brewers top prospects. The 2021 first round draft pick has a good chance at making his MLB debut in 2023. Before that happens, he is expected to have a chance to participate in the World Baseball Classic and represent team Italy.

Frelick is just 22 years old, but is a highly regarded prospect. In the Brewers system he is ranked second and trails only Jackson Chourio. Among all prospects, MLB pipeline has him ranked 30th overall and they also say he has the best hit tool.
If Frelick does play for team Italy in the WBC, it should provide him a great opportunity to play against other countries top players and pitchers.
