After four days short, or long days, however they have been for you, Davante Adams has decided on skipping the Pro Bowl. Current reports are that Adams is skipping the Pro Bowl due to injury. A lot of speculation as to what that injury could. It’s likely he’s skipping the game altogether to avoid any sort of injury. This offseason is going to be a difficult one for fans because of the Packers looming cap issue.
With an open roster spot being available, Mike Evans has been named the replacement for Adams. This comes as no surprise given the numbers Evans has put up over the latter part of the season. Combine that with his consistent excellence, being named to the Pro Bowl seems fitting.
This is the first of what expect to be many replacements on the NFC side of the ball. Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady were both named quarterbacks. These two quarterbacks have important decisions to make over the next few months so don’t be surprised if they opt out as well. In addition to these two players, several Rams and 49ers players were voted. Depending on who makes it to the Super Bowl, don’t be shocked if the losing team’s players decide to head on vacation.
