The Carolina Panthers search for a permanent Matt Rhule replacement is officially underway.
Following the less-than-stellar run with former Baylor Bears Head Coach, Matt Rhule, who has returned to the college ranks and taken over the sidelines in Nebraska with the Cornhuskers, the Panthers are now looking for their next long-term coach.

Carolina Panthers Head Coach Prediction
The pick for next Head Coach of the Carolina Panthers is former Indianapolis Colts coach, Frank Reich.
Following winning the Super Bowl as Philadelphia Eagles Offensive Coordinator, Reich was hired as the Colts Head Coach in 2018. Reich had up-and-down success during his five-season tenure as the head man in Indy but was given his walking papers by Jim Irsay after the Colts’ tumultuous start to the season and was replaced by the club’s former Pro Bowl center, Jeff Saturday.
While the Panthers may want to go in the defensive direction following consecutive offensive-minded hires, Reich would be a seamless fit in Carolina. While the Colts didn’t give Reich much leeway before his termination, others outside of Indy thought it was a premature move by the outspoke Irsay, after Reich led the Colts to two playoff appearances and a winning record during three of his four full seasons with the Colts, the lone shortcoming back in 2019 where the club finished their campaign with a 7-9 record.
