I’ve never been happier to see the Green Bay Packers win a game in early November than week 10 vs the Dallas Cowboys. The only thing that makes me happier? The WAY they won. 20 passes for Aaron Rodgers. That’s it. He wasn’t knocked out of the game or pulled due to poor performance. It was simply this: THE GREEN BAY PACKERS RAN THE BALL and won the game. I was thrilled. If only they had done this against the Giants…or the Jets…or the Commanders…or the Lions. I hope whatever light went on last week in practice or in meetings stays lit for the remainder of the year because the proper use of running backs, Aaron Jones and AJ DIllon opened EVERYTHING up on offense.
On this week’s podcast, I discuss the beauty of play action, Christian Watson’s emergence, the defensive worries for this week’s games against Derrick Henry & the Titans and the release of Amari Rodgers (NOTE: I recorded before the Dede Westbrook signing). Thanks for checking out this week’s pod!
