Will Levis Scouting Report
Per NFL Draft Buzz, Levis has the following strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths
- Prototype QB. Built like a linebacker
- Strongest arm in the draft by far
- Very accurate on intermediate and long passes
- Has played under a subpar offensive line so many throws were under pressure yet he still took care of the ball
- Well developed footwork and has experience operating in the shotgun and under center
- An athletic quarterback who is a threat to leave the pocket
Weaknesses
- Mechanics are still pretty raw
- Doesn’t pick up blitzes or changes in coverage well
- Has an issue with patience in the pocket
- Can often become inaccurate with his passes

Will Levis in Mock Drafts
According to NFL Mock Draft Database, Levis is projected as a first-round pick. There are many quarterback-needy teams and Levis is one of the top 3 prospects. The community is divided on Levis. Some think he is a Josh Allen type while others think he is the 2023 version of Zach Wilson. Regardless, Levis will be drafted in the first round by one of the teams that are entranced by his measurables. Below is a list of mock drafts and where they have Levis being drafted.
- 33rd Team – No. 4 overall: Colts
- Bleeding Green Nation – No. 7 overall: Raiders
- SB Nation – No. 9 overall: Panthers
- USA Today – No. 9 overall: Panthers
- Touchdown Wire – No. 11 overall: Titans
Would Will Levis Fit on the Packers?
Levis is such an enigma of a prospect. There is no denying the raw skills but some of the other weaknesses are cause for concern. Levis reminds me a lot of Jordan Love coming out of college. Big arm. Athletic. The similarities are there. This is why I don’t think Levis would be a good fit for the Packers. They have it on their roster already and Love is more developed.
Check Out Another Prospect That Could Fit For the Packers
Similar to other prospects, in a vacuum, he would be interesting on the Packers. Green Bay has a much better offensive line and if Levis is given time, he can make big throws. Even if the Packers love a QB prospect, I don’t expect them to spend a first-round pick on one. Either Aaron Rodgers or Jordan Love will be the QB of the Packers next season.
