Sedrick Van Pran in Mock Drafts
According to NFL Mock Draft Database, Van Pran is a projected third-round pick. However, he does get the Georgia bump and some mock drafts have him going in the first round. Offensive line help is something pretty much every team needs so teams are willing to reach a little bit for talent. Below is a list of mock drafts and where they have Van Pran going.

- Still Curtain – Second round: Steelers

Would Sedrick Van Pran Fit on the Packers?
Any Georgia player is in play for GM Brian Gutekunst. The Packers have had good success drafting Georgia players so another one would make sense. Van Pran’s position would be the big question for the Packers. Josh Myers has been solid at the center position. If Van Pran did make a transition, it would make sense to maybe see if he could be a right tackle.
Check Out Another Georgia Prospect That Could Fit For the Packers
Offensive line depth is never a bad thing. However, Gutekunst has shown that he can find some good value in the later rounds. While Van Pran would be a good fit, the question becomes whether they can find better value later in the draft and focus on some other areas of need. If the Packers are going to draft an offensive lineman, I expect them to go more the traditional tackle route rather than try to transition a center to the position.
