Kenny McIntosh in Mock Drafts
According to NFL Mock Draft Database, McIntosh is projected to be a third-round pick. Running backs are often tricky to project in terms of drafting. Not many teams have a definitive need at running back so it is finding the team that is looking to add backfield depth or spend a pick to see if they can hit a home run in the mid to late rounds. Below is a list of mock drafts and where they have McIntosh going.
- Walter Football – Second round
- Sports Mockery – Fourth round: Bears
- 12th Man Rising – Fifth round: Seahawks
- Falcons Wire – Fifth round: Falcons
- Dawgs By Nature – Seventh round: Browns
Would Kenny McIntosh Fit on the Packers?
Taking a swing on a running back in the draft is never a bad idea. Many great running backs, including Aaron Jones, have come from taking a chance on a player with high upside. It would not be out of the question for GM Brian Gutekunst to take a skill position player hoping to find some great value.
Check Out Another Georgia Prospect That Could Fit For the Packers
McIntosh would be a perfect fit for the Packers. The Packers do a lot of quick passes and get their running backs out in space. A player like McIntosh could get plenty of opportunities in space where he excels and break off big plays. His pass protection is a concern but that is something the Packers can coach up. With how much Gutekunst loves Georgia prospects, don’t be surprised if he drafts McIntosh.
