Kendre Miller in Mock Drafts
According to NFL Mock Draft Database, Miller is projected to be a fifth-round pick. He is ranked as the 17th-best running back in the class. Running back is always a difficult position to project as the shelf life of running backs is often short. Running backs also come out of the woodwork from all kinds of places so teams have to be really in love with someone to spend draft capital on one. Below is a list of mock drafts and where they have Miller being taken.

Would Kendre Miller Fit on the Packers?
It seems unlikely that Miller would be someone the Packers would target. They already have their North-South runner in AJ Dillon. The future of Aaron Jones is unknown but Miller does not fit the Packers’ profile. Jones has been deadly in the passing game and if he is gone, the Packers will look for a better pass-catching back. Miller’s limited route tree is not something that GM Brian Gutekunst will go after.

However, day 3 of the NFL draft is always a wild card. Teams often draft the best player available regardless of positional need. Miller has some desirable attributes which is why he is projected in the fifth round. If the value is there, I would not be surprised if Gutekunst pulls the trigger to see if Miller can blossom into something special.
