DeMarvion Overshown Scouting Report
Per NFL Draft Buzz, Overshown has the following strengths and weaknesses:
Strengths
- Gets pressures on inside stunts and was too explosive for college guards to handle
- Overshown has enough speed to chase and run in pursuit. He has the overall athleticism to hold up in space when dropping into coverage
- He combines good length and initial quickness, showing the burst to win early in the down as a pass rusher
Weaknesses
- Size will be a problem. Overshown doesn’t have much in the way of take-on skills, struggling to shed once blockers get into his body, and a relative lack of upper-body strength

DeMarvion Overshown in Mock Drafts
According to NFL Mock Draft Database, Overshown is a projected fourth-round pick. He is listed as a cornerback but his size had him playing linebacker and edge as well. He brings some versatility but because he is caught in between positions, he is most likely a day 3 pick. Below is a list of mock drafts and where they have Overshown being drafted.

Would DeMarvion Overshown Fit on the Packers?
I have no clue what to think of Overshown as a prospect. He seems caught between being a cornerback and an outside linebacker. I suppose the versatility could be a nice fit but any time that size is a problem I get nervous. Players can add weight and muscle but it is hard to drastically change the size of a player.
Check Out Another Prospect That Could Fit For the Packers
The fourth-round value could be interesting. In general, I am okay with most day 3 picks. The first three rounds are the time to take the sure thing that will impact your roster immediately. In the latter rounds, GMs can get away with taking some swings because if they don’t work out, they didn’t spend high draft capital. This could be the case with a player like Overshown.
