A Packers wide receiver has faith in Jordan Love
One Green Bay Packers wide receiver isn’t too concerned about the future of Jordan Love. The Packers head into the offseason, unsure who will be the starting quarterback next season. Aaron Rodgers will be in discussions with the Packers brass about their plans for the roster in 2023. That could be a big part in determining if Love plays for the Packers next season.
Rodgers has been linked to multiple NFL teams via trade. The Jets are the most likely option, especially after the New York Jets hired former Packers offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett to lead their offense. If that happens, Love would be the starter for the Packers next season.
According to Zach Jacobson with CBS Sports, Romeo Doubs spoke on CBS Sports Radio Thursday. Love said that Jordan Love is capable of running the offense because he’s been in the system for several years:
“I’ve got belief in Jordan; I know he can play and he’s a great guy,” Love said
Romeo Doubs on @CBSSportsRadio today said that Jordan Love makes the right decisions and does everything right. “I’ve got belief in Jordan; I know he can play and he’s a great guy,” he says, adding that Love has been in Matt LaFleur’s system for multiple years now.

Love wants to play
According to multiple reports, Love is hungry for the opportunity to play. And it’s considered a real possibility that Love would request a trade from the Packers to make his dreams a reality, should the Packers plan to keep Rodgers next season.
We’ll see what the Packers want to do here. However, much of their decision to keep Rodgers depends on the dilemma between Rodgers’ contract and what the Packers can afford in free agency. But it seems like Packers wide receivers would be on board if Love were to start next season. Packers fans should feel safe with either option in 2023.
