The Green Bay Packers somehow became a target of fans Monday night during an NHL game between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Winnipeg Jets at the United Center in Chicago.
While all eyes were on the return of Blackhawks legend and current Winnipeg forward Jonathan Toews, Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams grabbed some attention as well during the contest, as fans acknowledged his presence along with Chicago Cubs star infielder Pete Crow-Armstrong.
As Williams was acknowledging the crowd, a “Green Bay sucks” chant suddenly broke out.
Here is the video of the crowd inside the United Center trolling the Packers from out of nowhere.

It wasn’t really a surprise that fans inside the building showed that kind of behavior toward Green Bay.
Packers-Bears rivalry is very much alive even after both teams have been eliminated
With the rivalry between Green Bay and the Bears getting a huge spark after three incredible meetings in the 2025 NFL season, there is more hype this time around the football enmity involving the two NFC North franchises.
The Packers and the Bears split their series in the 2025 NFL regular season, with the home team winning each time.
The two squads squared off again in the NFL playoffs, with Chicago eliminating Jordan Love and company via a come-from-behind 31-27 victory in the NFC Wild Card Round.
However, Williams and the Bears, who won the NFC North Division crown by going 11-6, didn’t last very long in the playoffs either, as they were knocked out of the playoffs by the Los Angeles Rams (20-17) in the NFC Divisional Round.
As for the hockey game, the Blackhawks defeated the Jets, 2-0.
