On the same day that Nathaniel Hackett is introduced as the newest head coach of the Denver Broncos the Packers are already looking for his replacement. Thus being said the Packers are set to interview outside candidates for the offensive coordinator job. The Packers job could be very desirable. Although the future offensive coordinator may be without two of the Packers top two stars. Aaron Rodgers is still mulling over his future as a Packer. Davante Adams will get top receiver money. The report is that Adams is looking for 30 million per year. Both players could end up reuniting with their former offensive coordinator in Denver if they decide to leave Green Bay.

Who Are The Outside Candidates?
According to NFL Networks Ian Rapoport the Packers have interviewed Chargers Tight Ends Coach Kevin Kroger, and are set to interview Eagles QB coach Brian Johnson for the vacancy. Both Koger and Johnson have made their way up the ranks coaching in college and professional respectively, although neither have been a coordinator in the NFL.
The #Packers interviewed #Chargers TEs coach Kevin Koger and are expected to interview #Eagles QB coach Brian Johnson for their vacant OC job, sources say. Luke Getsy and Adam Stenavich are the top in-house candidates.

What About Internal Candidates?
The two internal candidates that would be in line for the promotion would be QB coach Luke Getsy, and Offensive Line coach Adam Stenavich. While the Packers would love to retain both of these coaches, both could end up with opportunities elsewhere. Hence the Packers looking outside the organization for their OC replacement. The report coming out of Chicago is that the Bears have said the offensive coordinator job is Getsy’s if he should so desire. Even more of a reason for the Packers to do their due diligence.
