Much has been said about the performance of Jordan Love for the Green Bay Packers in their wildcard round loss to the Philadelphia Eagles but there is one stat his fans can use to argue for him.

NFL writer Dov Kleiman reported that Love, together with Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills, got sacked just 14 times this season, the lowest among all quarterbacks.
The stat meant they got sacked less than once per game. Love played just 15 of the Packers’ 17 games.
Such accomplishment is very rare.
Historic: #Bills QB Josh Allen and #Packers QB Jordan Love only took an NFL-best 14 sacks each this season.
That’s less than ONE sack taken per game.
Only two other QBs have accomplished this in the last 15 years (minimum 12 starts):
• Peyton Manning (2009)
• Ben… pic.twitter.com/q4k1AUlQ0F— Dov Kleiman (@NFL_DovKleiman) January 9, 2025
Kleiman wrote that Love and Allen are only the third and fourth players in the last 15 years to achieve such feat.

The last two who did it were Peyton Manning in 2009 when he was still part of the Indianapolis Colts and Ben Roethlisberger of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2020.
It is a great fit but Love will need more in the next season.
Matt LaFleur on what Jordan Love should improve
The Packers season has ended and they now turn their attention to offseason preparations.
Much of the attention will be on Love who can no longer use lack of experience and youth as the reason why they came up short.
According to head coach Matt LaFleur, Love’s ability will just continue to ascend despite underperforming in the playoffs.

Do I think he can play better? Absolutely. Do I think I can help him out and be better? Absolutely. Do I think we can play better around him? Absolutely. I just think it’s too much to put it on one person, I really do. I think collectively we have to be better and I expect better. We performed at a pretty high level the majority of the season, and then took a dive. That’s why it feels different than a year ago.
