The Green Bay Packers, overall, had a successful second season with Jordan Love as their full time QB1. They finished the season 11-6, secured their second straight playoff berth, and saw a lot of improvement this year.
That being said, many fans feel as though Green Bay will need to play perfect to compete with the Eagles, Lions, or Vikings in the playoffs (if they win on Sunday against Philadelphia).

LaFleur said that GM Brian Gutekunst is looking to see if there are some free agent players who can help them since they potentially have two spots on the 53-man roster (Alexander and Watson).Likely would have to be someone who has played with them or in their system.

Sternberger fits the criteria of a former player or someone who is familiar with their scheme, however, it is unclear if Green Bay would be interested in adding a tight end at this time.
