The Green Bay Packers are hoping that investing in Jordan Love will pay off in a Super Bowl like it did with Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers. While the first two years have both resulted in a playoff berth, Green Bay feels like they’re a few pieces away from competing for a championship.
That being said, Green Bay made an addition on defense.
Packers Sign New CB Just 2 Days After Loss To Eagles (Breaking Report)
Aside from signing 12 practice squad players to new contracts on Monday, Green Bay signed seven outside free agents to their reserve/future roster on Tuesday:
A futures deal is a placeholder contract until the new league year starts in March. The players signed will join the team’s offseason 90-man roster.
The Packers signed the following players:
- CB Isaiah Dunn
- WR/KR Tulu Griffin
- CB Kaleb Hayes
- C Trey Hill
- TE Johnny Lumpkin
- DL Keith Randolph
- DL Nesta Jade Silvera
Lumpkin (6-5, 264) was an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana in 2024. He spent time with the New England Patriots before joining the practice squads of the Packers, Indianapolis Colts and Broncos this year.
