The Green Bay Packers finished the 2024 NFL season with a 11-6 record. They were the seventh seed in the NFC for the second consecutive season.

They lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Wild Card Round. Green Bay will look to win the NFC North division or have a better seed for the 2025 NFL playoffs. However, the Packers have not been to the Super Bowl since the 2010 regular season. Green Bay is looking to get back to a Super Bowl appearance with head coach Matt LaFleur and quarterback Jordan Love leading the way. Is there a chance that Green Bay can make it to the big game this upcoming season?
NFL Insider Makes Bold Green Bay Packers Super Bowl LX Prediction

Super Bowl LX will be played in Santa Clara, California at Levi’s Stadium. Super Bowl L was also played at that same exact location. NFL analyst Matt Lombardo of substack.com made a bold prediction about the Packers for the Super Bowl. He thinks that Green Bay will be in the Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos. Lombardo said,
“I’ve been on record that I think the Chiefs take a step back, and that the Broncos are the team closest to the finish line to knock Kansas City from the AFC West pedestal. This might be the best defense in football that got even stingier during the NFL Draft, and I love Bo Nix’s trajectory ahead of his second season in Sean Payton’s offense with the arrivals of a reliable pass-catching tight end in Evan Engram, and a rookie running back in R.J. Harvey with 1,200-plus yard upside. The Broncos got a taste of postseason action last season, and are equipped to take some big steps this fall.
As for the Packers, coordinator Jeff Hafley’s defense made major strides in his first season and they should be better with second-year linebacker Edgerrin Cooper having the benefit of a full offseason program and reportedly adding 10-plus pounds of muscle. Meanwhile, adding Matthew Golden and his 4.29 speed to quarterback Jordan Love’s collection of ascending homegrown receivers just might be a big fix to Green Bay’s biggest deficiency in 2024.
Green Bay enters the season with the ninth-shortest odds to win the Super Bowl, at +2000 with the Broncos an even longer shot at +4000, 16th in the league, over at ESPNBET Sportsbook. Both the Broncos and Packers have the ability to win by pounding their opponents into submission via the running game and boast potentially dominant defenses. Are they long shots? Absolutely. But you asked for bold, and this is as bold as it gets.”
