The Green Bay Packers have been awarded two compensatory pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. They get picks in the 4th round, 140th overall, and 7th round, 258th overall. These picks come after losing Corey Linsley and Jamaal Williams in free agency last year.

- Fifth Round: 1
- Seventh Round: 3
A total of 39 compensatory draft selections were awarded to 16 teams. Compensatory picks are positioned within the third through seventh rounds based on the value of the compensatory free agents lost. The Packers (47) have had the third-most compensatory picks in the NFL since the practice began in 1994. Only Baltimore (55) and Dallas (55) have had more in that time.
