Packers get their rookie offensive weapon back practicing Wednesday
The Green Bay Packers need some things to go well on the injury report this week. The Packers’ offense has been awful the past few weeks, as the cupboard is bare in the wide receiver room. The Packers are calling around for additional help at the position. But they still need their core group of players healthy as well. Fortunately, the Packers saw an offensive weapon return to practice Wednesday.
According to a report with video by Matt Schneidman with The Athletic, Christian Watson was seen catching a ball in practice Wednesday.

Watson, who has been battling a hamstring, could bring a spark to the offense if he can play against the Buffalo Bills this week. He’s been absent in the Packers’ previous two losses with the injury. Watson has seven receptions for 52 yards this season. The Packers’ second-round pick has been targeted sparingly, but Watson’s elite speed could bring the Packers what they need in the passing attack.
