Former Green Bay Packers star wide receiver Davante Adams still has his dreams of winning a Super Bowl in the 2025 season alive. That’s after he helped the Los Angeles Rams pull off a thrilling 20-17 win via overtime at Soldier Field in Chicago against Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears on Sunday night.
The 33-year-old Adams did not come up with gaudy numbers against the Bears, as he only had two catches on six targets for 24 receiving yard and zero touchdowns. In fact, five Rams players had more receiving yards in the contest than the six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver.
However, Adams made one of the most important plays of the contest when he completed a tough 12-yard catch before going out of bounds in what turned out to be the game’s final drive. His catch gave the Rams a new set of downs with a little over five minutes left in overtime and helped set up the game-winning field goal by kicker Harrison Mevis.

Adams, who played for the Packers in his first eight seasons in the pros and went to the Las Vegas Raiders and the New York Jets before landing with the Rams, finished the 2025 NFL regular season with 789 receiving yards to go with 14 touchdowns — the most not just on the Rams, but in the entire league.
Adams and the Rams will next face the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game on Jan. 25 at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.
