Packers-Broncos Week 15 game gets ‘very hostile’ outlook from key figure

There are not a lot of bigger games in Week 15 than the one that’s scheduled at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver between the Green Bay Packers and the Denver Broncos.

Both teams are riding quite a momentum,  with the NFC North squad entering Week 15 on a four-game undefeated run, while the Broncos have not lost since Week 2. That’s 10 wins in a row for Bo Nix and company, who will be looking to claim Green Bay as their newest victim.

Of course, that is going to be easier said than done. Jordan Love and the Packers have flexed their muscles of late, as they reclaimed the top spot in the NFC North division following a statement 28-21 victory against Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field in Week 14.

Green Bay’s offense has been humming with the team getting healthier as well on that side of the field. Conversely, the Broncos should present a tough assignment for Green Bay, in large part because of their defense, which is arguably the best in the league so far in the 2025 NFL season. And with Nix running the show for Denver’s attack, Green Bay’s stop unit should also get a nice test in Mile High City.

Broncos’ Nix expects an unreal environment for Week 15’s game against the Packers

As fans get excited for the Denver-Green Bay meeting, Nix shared at least one prediction for it – that the crowd energy will be off the charts.

“I think the atmosphere is going to be electric,” Nix said (h/t Luca Evans of the Denver Post). “I think our fans are going to be extremely motivated, and very hostile. Probably similar to the Chiefs game a few weeks ago.

“This will be what – seems to be a playoff game.”

That checks out, as Green Bay and Denver are on track to make the NFL playoffs with home-field advantage. Nix and the Broncos can win any game in any venue, but to have the energy of a home crowd to feed off of, that could end up spelling the difference for this huge matchup.
