Tonyan has now caught a pass in 40 straight games for the Packers, the 12th longest streak in team history and the longest active streak among Packers players. Donald Driver holds the team record with a reception in 133 games.

Tonyan, an undrafted free agent (UDFA) from Indiana State, ended the season with 53 catches, a career high. He now has 137 career receptions in his five-year career with the Packers. Among all UDFA tight ends in the league, Tonyan’s 53 catches were the most in the 2022 season.

He also became the 29th UDFA tight end in NFL history to reach the 100-reception mark for a career. His 137 career receptions is now 17th among UDFA tight ends in league history. Antonio Gates (955) and Bob Tucker (422) rank 1-2 in most career receptions among UDFA tight ends.
Among UDFA tight ends in Packers history, Tonyan is now the third to reach 100 career receptions. Leading the way is Paul Coffman an UDFA tight end from Kansas State who had 322 receptions in his eight-year career with the Pack. Second on the list is Ed West, an UDFA tight end from Auburn who had 202 receptions in 11 years with the Packers.
Three Green Bay UDFA tight ends mentioned above are listed in the Top 11 of UDFA tight ends with the most career touchdowns. Coffman with 42 career TDs in second behind Gates’ 116 TDs. Ed West is tied for sixth on the list with 27 TDs, and Tonyan is 11th with 17 TDs.
