April 2nd, 2009 Jay Cutler was traded to Chicago for QB Kyle Orton, two first round picks, and a third round pick. Jay Cutler is widely regarded as Chicago’s best QB of all time. He is also often regarded as Green Bay’s 4th best QB of all time. He played 13 games against the Green Bay Packers, he threw 23 interceptions (which is hilarious).
