It’s Packers vs. Bears week! Green Bay will go for their eighth straight win over the Bears this weekend in Chicago. It will be the 206th meeting between the teams. The Packers hold a 104-95-6 advantage in all games (regular season and playoffs).

With more than 200 meetings between the two teams, there have been numerous great individual performances. For the sake of this article, let’s focus on three stats: those players in the Packers vs. Bears series who passed for 300 or more yards, those players who gained 100 or more yards rushing, and those who amassed 100 or more yards receiving.

300+ passing yards in Packers-Bears series

First, 300 yards passing. The Packers have the advantage here with 14 games where their QB had 300+ yards. The Bears have seven such games in the series. Brett Favre leads the Pack with seven games against the Bears with 300+ passing yards. The Bears, on the other hand, have not had a QB pass for more than 300 yards against the Packers in more than one game in the series.

Packers: Brett Favre (7), Aaron Rodgers (6), Lynn Dickey (1)
Bears: Seven players tied with one each. The last Chicago QB to pass for 300 yards in a game versus the Packers was Mitchell Trubisky in 2019.

100+ rushing yards in the series

Next, 100 yards rushing. The Bears have the advantage in this stat. They have had a player rush for 100+ yards 44 times to 33 for the Packers. Walter Payton tops the list with 13 games against Green Bay with 100+ rushing yards. Here are the players with the most games with 100+ rushing yards in the Packers-Bears series.

Packers: Ahman Green (5), Jim Taylor (4), John Brockington (3), Edgar Bennett (3), Ryan Grant (3)
Bears: Walter Payton (13), Neal Anderson (4), Matt Forte (4), Rick Casares (3), Thomas Jones (3)

100+ receiving yards in Green Bay-Chicago series

Finally, pass receiving yards. The Packers have a big advantage here with 42 games where one of their players had 100+ yards receiving. The Bears had 25 games. Green Bay’s Jordy Nelson tops the list with five such games in the series. Here are the players with the most games with 100+ receiving yards in the Packers-Bears series.

Packers: Jordy Nelson (5), James Lofton (4), Sterling Sharpe (4), Davante Adams (4). Six players tied with three each.
Bears: Dick Gordon (2), Curtis Conway (2), Marty Booker (2), Brandon Marshall (2), Allen Robinson (2). Fifteen players tied with one each.
