Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver coach Zach Azzanni recently that he feels challenged by the presence of Aaron Rodgers who is known to be very strict with his wide receivers.
He said he and A-Rod are the same and he is excited to see where this working relationship will go.

“I like that. I’d rather have someone that’s dialed into the detail in the perimeter, and those guys ultimately have to be on the same page,” Azzanni said.
“I understand that he’s hard on receivers, and I like that because I’m hard on receivers.”
The Green Bay Packers legend is helping in his own way to make things easy for his former colleague with the New York Jets as he hosted Steelers WRs on a special training in Malibu, California.
Among those present in a photo posted by the four-time MVP on his official Instagram account are Scotty Miller, Ben Skowronek, Pat Freiermuth, Calvin Austin, DK Metcalf and Roman Wilson.

Rodgers’ effectivity relies a lot on how good his wide receivers can be and this is a great starting move on his part after he missed some of the team’s official offseason activities.
DK Metcalf on Aaron Rodgers
Metcalf was signed by the Steelers before Rodgers. He is expected to be the main wide receiver on the team.
Both players have a reputation of being volatile and strong personalities. However, they seem to be gelling well based on how they describe each other in the past month.
Metcalf said he is excited to work with Rodgers and although he is being compared to his former teammate and another legendary QB Russell Wilson, he thinks they are both trying to make him better.

“They’re very professional, going to hold people accountable in the offense and in the team setting,” he shared via Steelers.com.
“They’re going to work their butts off when they’re out here and they’re going to make you come up to their level of competitiveness out there on the grass.”
