The Seattle Seahawks surprised the NFL world last season, by going 9-8 and sneaking into the NFL Wild Card Game against division rival San Francisco 49ers before being walloped 41-23 but this recent news of Seattle deciding to bring back their alternate uniforms from the 1990s should lift the spirits of the Seahawks faithful.
It’s the 90s. It’s now. It’s commemorative. It’s current. The Throwback uniforms are finally here.

Seattle Seahawks bring back alternate uniforms
Times are exciting in Seattle, trading away franchise quarterback Russell Wilson, Geno Smith exceeding expectations, making the playoffs where no prognosticators gave you a shot last season, a top-five draft pick, and now an homage to the past.
However, the Seahawks in the 90s were downright terrible making the playoffs once. Hopefully, Geno Smith, DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, and rookie Jaxson Smith-Ngigba can help make the Seahawks a playoff mainstay because no Seattle fan reflects fondly on the Rick Mirer days with a gleam in their eye.
This has been an exciting offseason for throwback uniforms to come back. The Buccaneers recently brought back their creamsicle uniforms and with the Seahawks bringing back theirs, it’s fun to see uniforms from the past come back in the present.
The team is expected to unveil their throwback uniforms in Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns.
Seattle with this young talent, is getting their swagger back, and this solidifies that they could make some noise in the NFC this season.
What alternate uniforms do you think should get brought back?
