Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers offense had a better showing at practice Saturday. Fans reacted to Love’s completion percentage going up during the weekend practice.
The offense had to do push-ups and up-downs after practice after losing to the defense during competitive periods earlier in the week. The offense lost to the defense Saturday, but Love looked much more competent in the pocket, hitting 16-22 passes, according to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic.
That’s an essential stride for Love to make this preseason. Hopefully, the offense can start to win some of the competitive periods here soon to gain some confidence before the regular season.
