Wisconsin forward Nate Reuvers has entered the transfer portal. He has one year of eligibility remaining and will finish it at a different school. Wisconsin did add UNLV transfer and Wisconsin native Isaac Lindsey yesterday, however.

After the Badgers fell to Baylor last Sunday, Reuvers posted on his Instagram “Thank you Wisconsin for the past four years. Excited for the next step in my journey.”
Reuvers Career
After a junior season that saw him average a team high 13.1 points per game and third team All Big Ten honors, Reuvers struggled in his senior season with the Badgers. He averaged 8.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks a game. He also shot only 28.6% from three. Reuvers does leave Wisconsin as the all-time shots blocked leader in program history.
Reuvers also joins fellow senior Trevor Anderson in the transfer portal. It is unsure if any other senior on the Badgers will take a similar step. It is unfortunate to see Nate finish his career in a different uniform. He was a really good player for four years. After all signs pointed to him red-shirting his freshman year, he was asked to step in and played really well for a first year player who needed to develop strength.
There is no doubt Nate’s junior year was his best as a Badgers. He was able to hit shots from everywhere on the floor. He was a big reason why the Badgers won the Big Ten in 2019-2020.
Best of luck in your next chapter of basketball, Nate! Thank you for everything you gave this program for 4 years!
