Most Recent Bucks Injury Report for Matchup with Knicks

The Milwaukee Bucks (14-5) travel to New York to take on the Knicks (9-11) on Wednesday night. In accordance with league policy, the Bucks have submitted an injury report for the game (even though, at the time of this writing, the game will take place in 24 hours). This injury report includes some familiar names as they have been on it all season. It also includes some players who are (for now) considered out with non-COVID illnesses.

Latest injury report for tomorrow’s game:

    Khris Middleton (wrist)- Out
    MarJon Beauchamp (illness)- Out
    Serge Ibaka (illness)- Out
    Sandro Mamukelashvili (assignment)- Out
    Joe Ingles (knee)- Out

As seen above, the injury report also includes Sandro Mamukelashvili, who was assigned to the Wisconsin Herd earlier this week.

No MarJon Beauchamp or Serge Ibaka

The Milwaukee Bucks will be without rookie MarJon Beauchamp and veteran Serge Ibaka. Both players are dealing with illnesses. Beauchamp, the Bucks’ first round draft pick, is averaging 5.3 points and 2.9 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game. Serge Ibaka has seen his role diminish this season, but has still appeared in 14 games for the Bucks. He is averaging a career-low 4.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 11.2 minutes per game.

When Will Khris Middleton Return for the Bucks?

Good question. Eric Nehm of The Athletic asked Milwaukee coach Mike Budenholzer the same question. Nehm shared Coach Bud’s response on Twitter:

Before Sunday's game, I asked Mike Budenholzer about the latest on Khris Middleton.

In other words, your guess is as good as mine. On the bright side, the Bucks are currently second in the Eastern Conference despite playing the entire season without Middleton and Joe Ingles. Ingles, of course, is still recovering from a torn ACL. He suffered the injury last season as a member of the Utah Jazz. As good as this Bucks team has looked so far, just imagine how much better they will be when those two return.
