Milwaukee Bucks news: It was not a good day for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Greek national team on Monday after a Nikola Jokic-led Serbia squad utterly blew them out in a pre-Olympic exhibition contest, 94-72.
Giannis’ commendable effort simply wasn’t enough as he failed to carry his side to victory in their final tune-up game before the Paris games. At this point, however, the Bucks talisman is not feeling one bit discouraged.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Giannis Antetokounmpo Reacts to Brutal Serbia Loss
Losing by 22 points in your final tune-up game is not exactly the best way to enter the most prestigious international tournament on the planet. However, Greece now has no other choice after they proved no match to Jokic and Co. on Monday.
For his part, however, Antetokounmpo is just keeping his eyes fixed on the ultimate goal.
“Next stop, Paris 🧿💪🏾” Giannis wrote.

Monday’s brutal loss is further proof that Greece enters the Olympics as one of the underdog teams. They’re far from being a gold-medal favorite but the one thing this nation has going for it is that they have Antetokounmpo on their roster.
It goes without saying that Giannis is still one of the most dominant players in the game today and as long as you have him on your side, anything can happen.
