The Milwaukee Bucks will look to make it five straight wins on Monday night when they take on the Washington Wizards at the Capital One Arena in D.C. This is after the Bucks came out victorious in their recent back-to-back set against the Charlotte Hornets and the Dallas Mavericks on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
The Bucks, however, will be shorthanded yet again as they will be without second-year forward MarJon Beauchamp for a third straight game.
Milwaukee Bucks Rule Out MarJon Beauchamp for Wizards Game
Beauchamp suffered an injury on November 15 against the Toronto Raptors and further tests revealed that the 23-year-old had suffered a right ankle sprain. He missed both of Milwaukee’s games over the weekend and he will now miss a third straight contest on Monday.
According to the official injury report, Beauchamp is out against the Wizards as the 6-foot-6 small forward continues to nurse a sprain on his right ankle. The extent of the injury is currently unclear, but it is obviously significant enough for him to miss three games, and counting.
Beauchamp’s next chance to play will be on Wednesday in a marquee matchup against the Boston Celtics.
Also missing for the Bucks is rookie Chris Livingston, who will be unavailable due to a left ankle sprain.
The Wizards, on the other hand, will not have the services of veteran guard Delon Wright, who’s out with a knee sprain. Second-year shooting guard Johnny Davis is questionable with a sprain in his left elbow.
