The Milwaukee Bucks have been without the services of second-year forward MarJon Beauchamp over the last three games. This is after the 23-year-old was only able to play less than 10 minutes during Milwaukee’s win over the Toronto Raptors on November 15.
Beauchamp has since been dealing with an ankle injury which has forced him to sit out three straight contests.
Milwaukee Bucks’ MarJon Beauchamp Good to Go Vs. Celtics
Bucks fans will be glad to know, however, that Beauchamp’s recent stint on the sidelines will not last longer than three games. This is after the former Yakima Valley Community College standout was upgraded to available for Wednesday’s key matchup against the Boston Celtics.
Beauchamp was seen putting up shots on the court on Monday right before Milwaukee’s game against the Washington Wizards, and the ankle looked fine. However, the Bucks decided to err on the side of caution and have him sit out one more game as he continued to recover.
Beauchamp should now get his usual workload against Boston. The 6-foot-6 small forward is expected to play a more significant role for the Bucks in the interim with Jae Crowder expected to be out a couple of months due to an adductor injury.
Beauchamp will now be looking to get some momentum back on Wednesday night in what has been a highly anticipated showdown against the beast team in the Eastern Conference at the TD Garden.
