Giannis Antetokounmpo is without a doubt the biggest factor in the Milwaukee Bucks’ first-round exit at the hands of the Miami Heat last season. The Bucks talisman suffered a back injury early on in that series and while he was able to return, it was too little too late.
To a certain extent, the same could be said about Khris Middleton, who himself had a horrendous 2022-23 campaign. After playing just 33 games in the regular season, the two-time All-Star was able to suit up for the Heat series. He had a couple of big games but still, Middleton looked a bit rusty at times, and it ultimately led to Jimmy Butler and the Heat taking down the Bucks in five games.
Milwaukee Bucks Star Khris Middleton Back in the Lab
The good news for Bucks fans is that Middleton appears to be back at full strength again. He was able to rest and recuperate throughout the offseason, and now that the new campaign is coming, it is clear that the 32-year-old is raring to go.
A recent video of Middleton putting in work in the lab is now making its rounds on social media — and for good reason:

Giannis: I need guys who want to win more than they want families.
Khris Middleton: sigh, someone put this vid of me empty gym shooting on my IG#Bucks— MEB (@6thandJuneau) September 12, 2023
You have to note that Khris Middleton also just signed a massive three-year, $102 million extension with the Bucks this summer so he will be out to prove that he deserves every single penny of that deal.
