The Milwaukee Bucks are coming off of a 112-110 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Monday, but face a difficult challenge to remain in the win column on Wednesday night. At 18-24, the Bucks are still outside the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference, which is the lowest seed required to make the play-in tournament. Tonight, they will be facing off against the 36-8 Oklahoma City Thunder, who are the number one seed in the Western Conference.

And by a wide margin at that, holding a six-game lead over the San Antonio Spurs.

Unfortunately for Milwaukee, their home matchup against the Thunder will be further complicated by the fact that the Bucks injury report lists four players, two of them key contributors, as out for tonight’s game.

Last night and this morning, the Bucks injury report had Kevin Porter Jr. and Myles Turner listed as questionable due to different ailments. Porter is dealing with an oblique strain and Turner has a sprained ankle.

Just a few moments ago, Milwaukee announced that both players will not be able to the play against Oklahoma City.

The full Bucks injury report is as follows:

    • Kevin Porter Jr. (oblique): Out
    • Myles Turner (left ankle sprain): Out
    • Taurean Prince (neck surgery): Out
    • Alex Antetokounmpo (G-League/Two-way): Out

Porter is averaging 16.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game this season. Turner has averages of 12.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game.

The Thunder have listed the following players on their injury report:

    • Alex Caruso (adductor strain): Out
    • Isaiah Hartenstein (soleus strain): Out
    • Thomas Sober (ACL surgery): Out
    • Nikola Topic (surgery recovery): Out
    • Aaron Wiggins (groin soreness): Out
    • Jalen Williams (hamstring strain): Out
    • Jaylin Williams (glute contusion): Out

As one can see, Oklahoma City is banged up, but Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the reigning NBA MVP, is healthy and available.
