The Milwaukee Bucks have had a fairly active 2024 off-season. The Bucks are coming off a third straight year in which they were eliminated from the playoffs in the first or second round. The stretch was preceded by the Bucks 2021 Championship Run in which they knocked off the Phoenix Suns in six game series.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has remained one of the best, if not the best player in the league during that time as well. During the 2024 Presidential Campaign President Donald Trump acknowledged what he means to Milwaukee.

According to Reporter James Ganley:
Former President Donald Trump had high praise for the city of Milwaukee during a campaign rally in North Carolina on Wednesday night.
“It was just an honor, the stadium was beautiful, Milwaukee was beautiful,” said Trump.
During his speech in Charlotte, Trump also spoke highly of Fiserv Forum and Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, but he got his nickname wrong.
“The stadium is new, they built it for the basketball team, which is excellent. You know the ‘The Greek,’ right? ‘The Greek,’ he’s a good player. But they built it for the team, and it was like new,” the former president told the crowd. “I think it was the greatest, I really do, it couldn’t have been better. It was the greatest convention that anyone’s seen.”
Of course, Trump was referring to bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was born in Athens, Greece, and goes by the nickname “the Greek freak.”

Giannis is currently playing with the Greece National Team in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
