Former Milwaukee Bucks forward Jae Crowder has landed with a new team to continue his career in the NBA.
On Wednesday night, the 34-year-old Crowder made his debut in the 2024-25 NBA regular season with the Sacramento Kings and helped the Pacific division club take down the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road to the tune of a 115-104 score.

Crowder immediately made his presence felt, as he was inserted right away into the Kings’ starting unit. With DeMar DeRozan out with a lower back injury and Trey Lyles also sidelined with a right calf strain, Sacramento head coach Mike Brown decided to use Crowder as a starter despite the vet having just arrived on the team.
The good news for the Kings is that Crowder reciprocated Sacramento’s trust nicely, as he finished with eight points on 3-for-5 shooting from the floor to go with four rebounds and a steal in 27 minutes of action. In addition, the former Marquette Golden Eagles star came up with a team-best plus-16, which is something positive to say about his early fit with the Kings.
Meanwhile, Domantas Sabonis led the Kings with 27 points to go with 12 rebounds and five assists. De’Aaron Fox, on the other hand, generated a total of 26 points, eight boards and eight dimes.
Before joining the Kings, Crowder played two seasons with Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks. During his stay with Milwaukee, Crowder averaged 6.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.4 assists while shooting 43.7 percent from the field and 37.1 percent from distance.
