There is no doubt that Milwaukee Bucks superstar Damian Lillard is one of the top point guards in the NBA today. In fact, more than a few fans out there would even consider including him in their respective Top 5 point guards in the history of the league. After all, it’s hard to deny that Dame has done enough in his illustrious career to take this honor.
Lillard was recently asked to name his own Top 5 all-time PG’s and the Bucks star presented a pretty interesting list.
Milwaukee Bucks’ Damian Lillard Names Top 5 NBA Point Guards
Speaking on a recent interview with Bally Sports Wisconsin, Lillard was asked to name the five point guards he consider to be the greatest to ever pick up a basketball. He started off with Los Angeles Lakers icon Magic Johnson, quickly followed by the greatest shooter of all time in Stephen Curry.
“At my position, of all time, I’d say Magic (Johnson), Steph (Curry), Oscar Robertson,” Lillard started.
Bucks fans will be happy to know that Lillard decided to include Milwaukee legend Oscar Robertson on his list.
Dame then had to take a step back as he struggled with the other two names on his list. He had to ask if he was allowed to include himself in the Top 5:
“That’s tough. Do I put me in there?” he asked. “Me… I would say (Steve) Nash. Nash is a two-time MVP. Nash.”

This is a pretty solid list if you ask me. Of course Lillard had to include himself on his own list.
Steve Nash is an excellent addition too, and while some folks might not agree, all you’d have to do is to take a peek at the former back-to-back MVP’s credentials to realize that he is indeed one of the GOATs.
